Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
4 cups oatmeal
1/2 c coconut dried unsweetened
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1/2 tsp salt.
Cinnamon sprinkle
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons canola oil

2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients (except dried fruit) in a large mixing bowl. Combine maple syrup and canola oil. Pour wet into dry ingredients and stir. Pour into a single layer on a lined baking sheet with sides. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Toss once at 15 minutes. When done baking, stir in dried fruit. Delicious with milk or plain Greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast.
